Each piece of Leviathan Glass is a one-of-a-kind, handblown collectible. Due to the unique nature and extreme fragility of these artistic creations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" once a purchase is completed.

Damaged Items:
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and pack every order with extreme care to ensure its safe arrival. In the rare event that your art arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a damage claim, please email us with your order number and at least 4 clear photos that show:
• The damaged area of the glass art.
• The overall piece from a distance.
• The interior packing materials and box.
• The exterior shipping label and any visible box damage.

Once verified, we will work with you on a replacement or store credit.
